Prejen does not produce any products sold on this marketplace or platform, all products sold on this platform are sold by registered vendors on the platform, due to which the value, quality of all products or all liability rests with the sellers. Vendors take their responsibility according to the contract agreement with the Prejen.

If the esteemed customer does not understand the product described in his order or faces problems like defective etc. Prejen will ensure the return of the products within the next 7 working days of the customer. Prejen is always committed to being the most caring of its service users.

It does not provide any type of guarantee for any product other than those products that contain information only for the guarantee of certain products.

Honorable customers are provided with information about the sellers and the sellers are responsible for verifying, selecting and testing the products offered by the sellers. Prejen being a virtual shopping mall or platform, vendors cannot test the quality or originality of any product, even if no product is stocked. Since sellers have no form of strategic partnership with Prejen, they cannot guarantee any product. It is advisable to contact the seller directly so that the buyers can be sure about the quality and originality of the products mentioned.

If the seller wants to sell a product that is a duplicate / copy of another product, he must describe the quality, guarantee and details of the product so that the customer does not express any dissatisfaction. Failure to do so will result in disciplinary action being taken against the store and only the seller will be held responsible if the honored customer complains about the replica product.
