Refund arrangements

The most important policy in the online business platform is the refund system. The buyers and sellers concerned under this policy are provided directly under this policy, in exchange for which replacement and / or refund options are offered to you by the respective sellers. Not all products listed under a particular category may have the same return policy. For all products, the return / replacement policy provided on the product page will take precedence over the general return policy. Return Deadline: If an order for a product is canceled, the refund of such order will be refunded within 7 to 15 business days, unless exceptional circumstances occur. The amount of cash refund paid, if any, will be adjusted to the amount refunded. In case of refund, the customer is not eligible for any additional cash / bonus as compared to his original amount. Prejen does not charge any service charges or costs for refunds.

In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit.

If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 7 days of delivery, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues.

In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.

For products requiring installation, returns shall be eligible only when such products are installed by the brand's authorized personnel.

In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit.

Non-returnable & refundable 

Fruits and Vegetables ordered would be delivered only in the first attempt. In order to ensure that you get fresh fruits and vegetables, we will not be making reattempts to deliver your fruits and veggies in case you miss your slot. Rest of grocery items from Supermart would be delivered through reattempt in case you miss your slot.

Try & Buy

This policy shall be applicable selectively (geographical coverage, product, customer and time periods).

Try & Buy benefits shall be applicable only if the product was bought when the item was on Try & Buy. Else normal category policy shall apply on the order. In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.

No Returns categories

Some products in the above categories are not returnable due to their nature or other reasons. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail.

B - Returns pick-up and processing

If you want to pick items (s) from a different address, the address can be changed as soon as the pick-up service is available at the new address

Your product will be tested for the following conditions during selection:

name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

Complete Product

All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

Unused Product

The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.

Undamaged Product

The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

Undamaged Packaging

Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.


The field executive will refuse to accept the returns if none of the above conditions are met.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned product from the seller for any items to be refunded.

A valid reason for returning an item

1. Delivered goods damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (died on arrival)

2. Delivered product incorrect (website presentation is different) / Incomplete (missing part)

3. Delivered product "no longer needed" (your product is no longer in use / you have changed your opinion about the purchase / no fashion product size does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package) - only eligible for selected products


C - General rules for a successful return:

1. In certain cases where sellers are unable to process any replacement for any reason, refunds will be given.

2. You will be refunded (on spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders) if you receive any other or damaged products at the time of open box delivery, at the time of receiving your order. Once you accept delivery box delivery, no return requests will be processed except for production errors. In such cases, the general terms of this section-specific replacement / return will apply. 3. Do not open product packaging manually for products for which the installation is provided by Prejen's service partners. Prejen's authorized staff will assist in unboxing and installing the product.

4. For furniture, problems related to a product will be inspected by an authorized service worker (free of charge) and attempts will be made to resolve the issue by replacing the defective / defective part of the product. Complete replacement will only be provided if service personnel feel that replacing the defective / defective part will not solve the problem.

5. The product must be unused, unadorned, not washed and without any defects. Fashion products can be tried to see if they fit and are still considered plentiful


6. The product must include key tags, user manual, warranty card, freebies and accessories.

7. The product must be returned in the original invoice, money receipt and undamaged packaging / box from the manufacturer. If the product is delivered in a second layer of Prejen packaging, it must be returned in the same condition by attaching the return shipping label. Do not put tape or stickers in the manufacturer’s box.

If a product is returned to us in inadequate terms, we reserve the right to return it to you.

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the table below. Shipping fees will be refunded upon payment for your returned product.

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you choose. Once we received your product (2-3 business days) and received a quality control (2-3 business days), the expected return processing time is as follows:
