Seller Policy  

Prejen is an online marketplace (service agent) and promoter in local market, on behalf of the different company.

Seller intends to sell its product through online for convenient purchase of its valuable customers and decided to appoint a sales & marketing agent on commission basis.

Of course, you have read and understood the Virtual Agreement, in which case you have registered at Prejen Online Brand Mall, followed all the rules and regulations and expressed interest in doing business on the Prejen platform.

Whereas the seller has agreed to come up on an agreement for online sale under the following policy:

      Policy  

1. Prejen or PREJEN.COM Responsibilities:  

A.  Perform the marketing activities as given below: ·        

Promote second party’s product through its website ·        

Send newsletters through email to all of its registered members ·      

Promote the products through its Facebook, Instagram, Google, Twitter, YouTube and others media. ·        

Publish posts regarding the products on Facebook, Instagram, Google, Twitter, YouTube and others media.

B. Prejen is responsible for all customer service issues related to the purchase and delivery of the products as well as CRM service.

C. Prejen has the authority to return & refund any product with defects to the second party at anytime.

D. Collect products from Bag pack the photographer. Product borrowed from any outlet for outside shooting purpose will be returned within 3 working days.

E. Prejen only acts as a service / commission agent. The value of the product, the warranty, the guarantee, the quality will be determined by the store owner. Prejen did not bears for this responsibility.   

2. Seller Responsibilities:

A. Stock & Product Arrangement:          

The Seller (store owner) will put all the products in the store in his stock and provide pictures of those products (clear, taken from different angles, so that he gets a complete idea about the product) on his site to sell those products. ·        

Manage inventory for the uploaded products to ensure proper delivery of the orders. As Prejen will deliver the products, availability of the products will be ensured by the inventory management system. ·        

Have complete inventory transparency with Prejen. Inventory position is to be updated and communicated through regular (after 7 days) emails to Prejen.  

B. Product Packaging Policy:          

If the Seller (store owner) sells (invoices) any of his products, he will pack the product in his own packet in a quality manner so that the product is not damaged. ·        

The Seller (store owner) must pack and explain the goods sold to the supplier at his own risk as per the invoice. ·         Products must be ready within 1 hour of each order.    

A.      Seller will also perform the following activities as below :         

Partner will communicate with Prejen regularly for latest inventory, Virtual store management, Product’s and others status.  · 

If customer returns the product or informs Prejen about the quality or any other defect, Seller (store owner)  will be responsible to take care of the damages. ·        

Seller will take responsibility of any returned product due to level of quality or any other defects of the product. ·        

Partner will check creative collaterals prepared for promotion before the promotion and subsequent change   B.      Punishment and survey: ·       

1. Seller (store owner) will lose the right to trade on this platform only if they receive complaints about substandard products, overcharging, misconduct with the buyer, etc. ·       

2. If the customer does not understand the goods purchased according to the invoice, e.g., color, size, product similarity, etc., then Prejen may fine the store financially or in points or both. If a store makes the same mistake more than once, Prejen may close that store temporarily or permanently. ·       

3. Take complete ownership of represent 100% correct and authentic information of the features and prices of the products to avoid customer confusion due to misinformation. Representation of otherwise may result in termination of the agreement.   C.      In case of any discount imposed on or any campaigns set up for the products, Prejen has to notify on time at all times. In case of any joint campaign of the first and second party, Prejen will inform the seller on time as well.

D.      In case of displaying an international brand, legal permission has to be there with the seller before entering the agreement with Prejen.

E.       The store owner will sell the product by fixing the price including VAT, tax and any govt: taxes.

F.       All types of consumer goods, mediators and cosmetics must be approved by a Bangladesh govt: agency. The body of the product must have production date and expiry date.

G.     The responsibility and accountability of each store will be determined by the Seller (store owner), product quality, price etc. of the store owner.  

3.       General conditions for both parties :  

A.      Product Return:  Unless otherwise stated in the return policy for a particular category of goods, the seller will accept returns for the following products: Defective / damaged product ·         Wrong product ·         Incomplete products ·         Customer changes his mind or no longer needs the product (only applies to specific categories) ·         The product is unused, decorative, washed and without any defects. ·         The product includes key tags, user manual, warranty card, freebies and accessories. ·         The product is returned to the original and unaltered manufacturer's packaging / box. A.      Product Return:  Unless otherwise stated in the return policy for a particular category of goods, the seller will accept returns for the following products:

Defective / damaged product ·        

Wrong product ·        

Incomplete products ·        

Customer changes his mind or no longer needs the product (only applies to specific categories) ·        

The product is unused, decorative, washed and without any defects. ·        

The product includes key tags, user manual, warranty card, freebies and accessories. ·        

The product is returned to the original and unaltered manufacturer's packaging / box. See return policy.

   B.      Refund: (see refund policy) ·        

If a product is returned, the Seller (store owner)  must change the product within 3 working days or refund the same amount of cash (excluding commission). If the store owner fails, Prejen will be able to recover the money from his deposit. See the refund policy.  

C.      Product change: If a customer wants to change the product in person, the Seller (store owner)  will change the product at his own risk based on the availability of his product, in which case Prejen will not accept any liability or responsibility.

D.      Seller is to take full responsibility of any matter relating to the case of any copyright or other disputes due to showcasing any brand (local or international).

E.      The inspection and sale of any illegal product or state and government prohibited products such as narcotics, weapons, government bonds, etc. on the Prejen platform is strictly prohibited.

F.       Prejen will be able to sell any product in the store in its own store subject to negotiation. In that case Prejen will be able to sell the product at Prejen Exclusive by fixing the price, in which case the Seller will not be able to object.

G.       To promote his name, Prejen will be able to place a maximum of 16 "dia or 18" x12 " 1pc sign boards on either side of the main sign board of the physical store or on one side of the front of the store. Which Prejen will do at his own expense but the maintenance and electricity system will be owned by the Seller (store owner).

H.     Seller with Prejen will be able to run advertisements, promotions, flash sales, etc. of his product on the home page for a certain amount of time. However, he may be given a free on top of his overall rating.

I.      The seller will perform its own virtual store maintenance; product photo uploads, pricing (as per instructions) etc tasks on the Prejen platform but prejen exclusive maintain by prejen.

J.        If the seller wants to advertise a particular product, the seller will bear the cost of the advertisement.

H.        The seller must be provide his/her necessary update legal documents, bank information, mobile number, e-mail and others information.
