18. Administrative system of state law and judiciary

21. Platform for value, availability and order processing.

Prejen Platform is an online business platform that users use to meet and communicate with each other for their transactions. In no way can prejen be a party to or control over any transaction between users of the platform.

The selling price of all products is recorded in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and is included in VAT and the goods or services are listed on the site by the seller of the administration. The products in your shopping cart will consistently reflect the latest prices displayed on the product details page. If this is not a problem for you, please note that the price of the product may differ from the price displayed when you first put it in your cart. However, keep in mind that if you put an item in your cart, the price displayed at that time is not saved. Again the price of the item may decrease when you put it in your basket and when you buy it.

These commercial / contract terms are only offered and agreed between the buyer and the seller. These commercial / contractual terms include limitation prices, payment methods, shipping costs, payment terms, dates, duration and delivery methods and warranties regarding products and services, product quality and sales services related to products and services. 22. Charge

Platform subscriptions are free for buyers. Prejen charges no fees for browsing the platform and purchasing products. However, Prejen reserves the right to change its fee policy at any time or in time. All types of delivery charges will be borne for orders (s) with the following conditions for goods and services: Weight must not exceed 10 kg. Size must be within 1 cubic meter.

If any delivery fails due to customer negligence or any other reason of the customer, the customer will be obliged to pay the return courier charge as well as the recharge charge (s).

26. Incentive vouchers

• Prejen offers a variety of incentive or reward national vouchers at different times. When you use a voucher, you guarantee to Prejen that you are consenting to its use of the voucher with due dignity and decency.

• Prejen has already blacklisted several customers for voucher fraudulent activities, those customers will not be eligible to receive any vouchers and will not be eligible to participate in any kind of promotion.

• No subscribers will manage multiple accounts on one device. Prejen reserves the right to change or discontinue the operation of any voucher at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

• If we ever become aware that a voucher is being used illegally or for an illegal purpose, we may reject or cancel any voucher / request and take any action against you for dismissal or legal action against you. Prejen reserves the right to retain any authority required to take any action.

27. Resale products

28. Delivery deadline

30. Cancellation policy

31. Return
